Do I need a detailed spec sheet to get started?
No. A rough idea is enough. Tell us what you're looking for, and we'll ask the right questions to clarify. We can develop the spec together based on what factories can realistically produce.
Is there a minimum order value you require?
No minimum from our side. Whether you need 50 units or 5,000, we'll assess it the same way. That said, very small quantities may affect factory pricing — we'll be upfront about that.
How do I pay your service fee?
Our fee structure is agreed upfront — either a flat rate or a percentage of the factory order, depending on the scope. We'll explain it clearly in the initial assessment. No surprises.
What if I just want advice, not a full sourcing service?
That's fine too. If you just want a second opinion on a factory you found, a review of a quote you received, or general guidance on sourcing channels — we're happy to consult on that basis.
