Can you handle small orders? We only need 50–100 pieces.
Yes — small orders are exactly where we excel. For off-the-shelf product lines we stock ourselves, there's no minimum at all. For custom sourcing, we don't impose a minimum either, though small quantities may affect factory pricing — we'll always tell you that upfront.
How do I pay you, and when?
Our service fee is agreed upfront — either a flat rate or a percentage of the factory invoice. For all payments, you pay us directly. We then handle the factory payment on your behalf. This means you never need to wire money to a factory you've never met — a significant risk reduction, especially for first-time buyers.
What if the quality is wrong or the order has problems?
We won't pretend problems never happen. If there's a quality issue we'll tell you directly — with photos — and present your options: rework, partial refund negotiation, or replacement. We're your advocate with the factory, and we handle the confrontation in Chinese so you don't have to.
How are you different from sourcing platforms or trading companies?
You can certainly use online platforms yourself — many buyers do. The difference is: our team speaks Chinese and can negotiate factory prices directly. We physically verify suppliers. We know how to work through trade fairs and local market networks to find manufacturers who won't appear on any platform. And we have established relationships that took years to build.
How long does it take from inquiry to delivery?
It depends on the product and shipping method. Typically: 2–3 days to get you quotes, 5–14 days for a sample, then production time (varies 15–45 days), then shipping (7–35 days by sea, 3–7 days by air). We'll give you a realistic timeline estimate in your initial assessment — not the best-case scenario.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Yes, absolutely. If your product idea or business details are sensitive, we're happy to sign a mutual NDA before we discuss anything. Just ask — it's a standard part of how we work with clients who have proprietary designs.
